When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. 7 Reps Apparel reserves the right to accept or decline an order as permitted by law. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order enters production or fulfillment.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with the order.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and related requests are subject to our RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

7 Reps Apparel products are made to order. Production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, videos, audio, website content, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by or licensed to 7 Reps Apparel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, license, or transmit our protected materials.

7 Reps Apparel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with 7 Reps Apparel.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and 7 Reps Apparel, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with 7 Reps Apparel.
